Digital Marketing Assistant – Internship

In order to support our international growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant based in Paris.

Your role

The Digital Marketing Assistant will report to the VP Global Product Marketing, and your role will involve:

  • Manage and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategy across all channels
    • Emailing: coordinate marketing campaigns with local teams: marketing offers, company announcement, newsletter, product release
    • Paid social media: set-up and manage LinkedIn campaigns: budget, audience
    • Website: update S4M website and optimize SEO strategy
  • Report on marketing & communications activities & budget
    • Marketing automation tool – Hubspot
      • Set up and design of landing pages and forms
      • Email design for automated follow up
    • CRM – Salesforce
      • Report on marketing campaigns ROI and sales challenges
      • Manage, update and clean prospects and clients database management
      • Manage leads conversions with Hubspot integration
    • Social Media – LinkedIn: monthly reporting on campaign performances by country
    • Website – WordPress / Google Analytics: report on website traffic

Your profile

You are

  • Languages required : Fluent or native in English. French, Spanish, Italian is a +
  • Software knowledge : Salesforce, Hubspot, WordPress
  • Expertise required : digital marketing, social media, CRM
  • Qualities required : structured, organised, reporting / data focused

You have

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience in CRM platforms (eg. Salesforce)
  • Strong attention to details and high expectations for quality
  • Ad tech market and digital advertising knowledge/experience is a plus
